Get a wallet

Xpectrum runs on Octra. You need 0xio, the Octra browser wallet.
1

Install 0xio

Download 0xio from the Chrome Web Store. Create a new wallet or import one with your seed phrase. Your address starts with oct.
2

Get devnet OCT

Join the Discord and request devnet OCT from the faucet channel. You need OCT to pay gas and mint.
3

Open the app

Go to beta.xpectrum.xyz and connect your wallet. That’s it.

What you can do

As a collector: browse collections, mint during active drops, buy and sell on the marketplace, place offers. As a creator: deploy a collection from the Launchpad, configure your mint phases, manage your whitelist, reveal artwork, and collect proceeds on-chain.

Devnet vs mainnet

Everything on Xpectrum currently runs on Octra devnet. Devnet OCT has no monetary value; it exists so you can test without spending real money. Mainnet deployment follows devnet validation.
Never send real OCT to a devnet address. The two networks are completely separate.
